COMPANY STRUCTURE Our 8 consultants are all fully qualified and hold Institute of Personnel Service Consultant Diplomas, regularly attend courses on the Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Bill and the latest developments in legislation that affects the recruitment of staff. Find A Student encourages students to take initiative, and begin planning their future, by gaining practical knowledge of the commercial world as well as experience within their proposed careers prior to graduating. Employing students and graduates is beneficial as they represent an educated and cost effective labour force.   Find A Student runs as part of the Progress Temp Recruitment Division. SERVICES OFFERED BY FAS          Students Online: You search our online database and purchase specific full CV’s or Database access.          Student & Graduate Placements          Temporary Students: For jobs such as promotions and data capturing ·         Advertising: Find A Student’s website database contains over 60 000 students and graduates mainly between the ages of 18 and 25.  If your products and or services targets the same age range, let our site advertise for your company through banner advertisement and email marketing. PAYROLL SERVICES Being a recruitment agency, Progress runs a payroll for over 100 weekly temps and has therefore developed an efficient Payroll process which we now offer to our clients.  Progress administers all the requirements of the BCEA as part of this service including PAYE and UIF. SKILL, EXPERIENCE, PERFORMANCE AND FIT Progress works across multiple industries and is strongly focused on culture fit.
